Anyone work at Aldi and know if these mini fridges were a older seasonal product or if I stand a chance of picking one up? I’ve tried my three local stores with no luck:

It looks to me like Aldi/Lidl just buy a shipping container full of hardware product X,Y,Z … And then when they sell all the units, that’s it. It’s gone. They just get another shipping container of some other random, vaguely household tat.
Long story short, if it’s out of stock – it’s not very likely to comeback. At least that’s how it looks to me as someone who’s in there every once in a while. Exceptions here are more general items like Tupperware, knives etc. They tend to always stock some variation of those kinds of things.
Lidl and aldi get stuff in at random man.
It will come back. Might be a few months. Might be a year.
Gotta get their little book every week and see what the next specials will be.

There’s cheaper available on Amazon, I bought this one for £65, have it six months now and going great, it’s used constantly. They are cheaper ones but I am dubious buying any cheaper than £60 really.
