You just need the « male » part for that, you can find it in any hardware shop and wire it to the lamp cable you want to put there. Even IKEA: https://www.ikea.com/fi/fi/p/koppla-pistotulppa-maadoittamaton-valkoinen-62005210/
It’s for a light fixture. You plug the cable into it (like any normal electronic device that plugs in). A lot of light fixtures can be bought as a plug-in model, or a hardwired model. This is for a plug-in version.
If your bulb socket/lamp/etc. comes with a suitable plug that can fit in there, just plug it in. If it comes with a pair of lose wires, you can buy the plug and terminal from Clas Ohlson, Prisma or K City Market and make it compatible.
You need a lamp where you attach the bulb, you can’t fit the bulb straight there. If your lamp doesn’t have a plug, just by one (costs about 2€) and attach it to the wires in the lamp.
All you need is in any hardware store. Tokmanni sales those sockets too. Most new lamps have that socket already , no need for dangerous wire assembly anymore.
Most new lamps already have the plug that goes in the socket and a loop to hang it from the hook. You can also buy plug kits to retrofit it to older lamps. Search for “kattopistoke” meaning ceiling plug or “lampun pistoke” meaning lamp plug. For example hardware stores and Clas Ohlsson sell them.

Its a socket for lightfixtures, not for bulbs

.and put it in.. the hook is for the lamps chain or whatever is holding it up..oooor you have to hardwire it and that requires an electrician and if you have any electrician friends call them and pay them with food or beer pack or just like 30 bucks or some

I’m not laughing to you per se and mean no offense but I find it absolutely hilarious that you thought the pulp is supposed to connect straight to the socket. Once again one of those things I have always taken for granted and never even considered how it might be different elswhere.
But as others have instructed you need to hang the actual lamp there and they almost always have the plug with them. As said the plugs are also sold separately and are as easy as connecting two wires with screwdriver. Other option is to remove plastic cover (middle screw) it leaves the hook on still and then you can simply connect the wires without plug.
