If it is your property (that is you are the owner, not just a tenant) then you can remove the poster without any issues. But do so carefully, without tearing it down or vandalizing it.
If asked by the police state that you did not authorize it. If asked by the partisans, return the poster to them.

I‘m currently not home and will see what I will do on Tuesday. For those of you suggesting I should involve the police, I think it is a bit overkill for a first step… I will probably go to the Gemeinde and ask if they have a permit to hang it there. I definitely will not remove it, since that wouldn’t really fix anything. As one guy said it might even be illegal. I will most likely zip tie something to the front to make it funny… So any suggestions are welcome! As one guy already suggested „Jassen-Überwachung“
Update: It was legally hung up with a permit, so it can’t just be removed. So I will just leave it and not be bothered. For those saying I should remove it no matter what, should look up the definition of freedom of speech in a democracy.
Edit: For those that are confused about the update. Yes it is true that it might illegal to put up signs on other’s property, but I didn’t share all details… Only the parts that are important. Something I thought wasn’t that important which I left out, has become more important as I did my research…
