Carroll’s Irish Gifts is the go-to place for stuff like this. But if you want something a bit classier, these look like they were sort of inspired by traditional [Belleek](https://www.belleek.com/) pottery like [this mug](https://www.belleek.com/Mobile/en/Belleek-Classic-Lucky-Shamrock-Personalised-Mug/m-m-3114.aspx).
I know it’ll depend on your budget but I’d encourage you to buy something authentic and handmade. As well as the likes of Belleek you’ll find loads of independent potters who do lovely work. For example [this studio](https://nicholasmosse.com/) makes country-style pieces, while [this one](https://arranstreeteast.ie/) does more minimalist contemporary stuff.
