Gas prices in Spain: I drive a Toyota aygo which is a 3 cylinder 1.0 engine, look how much it cost to fill up, not even from empty

  1. Yikes. These are the times when living in a metro area with higher housing prices seems to be the right choice. TMB is great. Other than line construction or repair. No car for us, but being from Italy and the US West Coast originally, I can sympathize.

  2. The size of the engine is not the important factor here, the capacity of your tank is.

I know it is expensive but if you factor the 20 cents/liter that you get from the government once you go inside to actually pay, gas in Spain is very cheap compared to the rest of Europe…

I really hope they start going down though because it’s getting crazier and crazier.

  3. For Americans in the thread, that’s $6.49/gallon. Just 20 cents more than California’s average gas price today.

  5. In Australia people are complaining about 1.15€/litre lol. I just tell them to go to Europe and they’ll faint

  6. Dammit man, all the best to you and yours. My visit to Spain with my daughter was amazing. Such a beautiful country. We’ll get through this.

  10. Get a bike bro. I sold my 19. SDI 2004 Seat ibiza last year and got a Yamaha nmax brand new. I go to work and back home for less than 10€ a week.

Never been happier despite the fact that is you against the elements. If it rains you’ll get soaked. If it’s cold you’ll freeze, etc but the price on gas and the possibility of parking basically everywhere in and out of the city.

  11. now compare standard of living in Spain with that of BiH, where i’m from, keeping in mind gas prices are the same lol
