I am guessing you are American, because we usually don’t eat waffles in the morning 🙂 We are not big on sweet things for breakfast. It is strange, because I think of waffles for breakfast as unhealthy, but I would have no problem eating waffles as an afternoon snack 🙂
EDIT: You should also try jam and sour cream. It sounds weird perhaps, but is is quite common. Strawberry jam for instance and a dollop of sour cream is surprisingly good on waffles.
Waffles, blueberry jam and brown cheese it the best mix. You should 100% try it
…What.. What are you doing to that browncheese..? :O
My favourite is honey and cinnamon. I guess I’m going to weird out a lot of Norwegians, but…🤷♂️
That brown stuff is rank though.
Not the best.
Some people puts sausages in those, with ketchup. This is illegal, and probably the real reason PST have come to Reddit. Berries, jams and dairy in different forms are allowed. Anything else and you get to go to the Troll cleaning Gulag, an undisclosed location where we keep the mostly domesticated trolls. I used to be a troll hunter myself…
Do you cut brown cheese like a bread?
With raspberry jam is my best way but not for breakfast
This is dessert my friend.
Normally we have thise as birthday breakfasts but it’s nice eating waffles for breakfast too on a regular day
Deilig
Breakfast, lunch or dinner.
With jam and sour cream. Yum.
dang, now I want to make waffles with brown cheese
Someone needs to rescue this browncheese from the butchering block and provide this American gentleman an ostehovel! 😂
This brown cheese you have there in Norway has a very interesting taste and goes perfectly with jam on pancakes or toast. I tried it this summer while travelling Norway and I brought back some for friends and family.
Syltetøy, not that french stuff
Uh, you have dessert for breakfast?
Actually, I just had blueberry pancakes for breakfast today so never mind. Although, I did get a sugar overload and corrected it by ordering eggs and chorizo afterward. And then I had a heart-attack.

The cheese laying sideways on the board makes me think you dont have a cheeese cutter?
