Chad Niinistö… He probably fucked up those pipelines… since everyone’s pointing fingers (this is a bad joke, not russian propaganda)
this thread gonna be good
Apart from all the signs, I too see no signs.
I’m happy Sauli and Sanna are handling this. They’re both level-headed enough to not get riled up over shit like this while taking the actual events seriously.
One can’t argue that if it is not a full on conflict, then it is as close as we ever came to one.
Edit:
“…in Niinistö’s assessment, the move is mostly in a way to benefit Russia for its own use, despite a lack of international recognition.
After Russia has invaded those territories, they will then say that they are defending them and the Ukrainians are attacking,” he stated…”
I don’t know much about the dude, but this one is actually a remark that shows an understanding of how things work there. By Russian laws, Russia is not at war yet. That means that it is not on wartime laws(although some new laws are pretty much laws of the same “kind”, but not as strict). Another country attacking Russian territory not only would be a good “public reason” to put the country law-wise on military rails, but Putin himself said several times that it would be a reason for war – which means that now Russia is never further than a pen stroke from it. Just judging by this piece alone, I might be wrong, I think he is a very competent person.
Niinistö probably are angry at Russia, but he is protecting us with staying cool about what he is saying without care of his own feelings. Thats a savior for you.
