Imagine if Split and Croatia spent this money to build a proper suburban railway network combined with some gondolas to connect the residential areas at higher elevations (see Medellín or Bogotá). They are choosing to continue to suffocate in car traffic.
I hope this goes smoother than the Trogir-Ciovo bridge…
