Unused train tickets – Hallo, I have several unused Berlin train tickets (10 pcs). I bought this last 2017 and I am coming back next month for good. Can I still use them? Is it still valid? I checked the note at the back of the tickets but it doesn’t say anything about expiry. Vielen dank im Voraus!

Short answer: no.
The prices have changed since you bought them. The VBB terms of service state you can use old tickets for six months after the price increase, but that grace period is long over.
Your next possibility would be to exchange them (pay the difference and get new tickets) or return them (and get your money back). But that is tied to the statute of limitation, which says that such tickets expire once the third calender year after you bought them ends (2017 is not counted; 2018, 2019 and 2020 are over). So essentially, they are worthless now.
Keep them as a souvenir and a keepsake
They are valid for like 3 hours
