    (Outside of Saarland it is also referd to as Fleichwust. But Lyoner sounds nicer.)

  2. I just visited some friends in Sweden and this was typically served at breakfast. None of my friends had ever heard the term Braunschweiger before though, they called it metwurst or just liver pâté. What do you call this specifically? (The meat anyways)

    I ate quite a bit of this at the hotel every morning and it certainly does have a different flavor than braunschweiger! It was plenty good
