People need to manage their expectations when it comes to regime change in Russia.
Regime change doesn’t necessarily mean Russia becomes more reasonable – there is a significant chance that things will get much worse, just like in 1917.
It remains to be seen whether Russia, which has virtually no experience with real democracy and rule of law, can change. Just another (wo)man at the top is not yet a change.
