In what way is Kaliningrad a “Putin’s” piece? Russian piece, perhaps, but Putin’s? Are we now come to this, regarding Putin as the ultimate czar and self-ruler that owns anything and everything Russia? And this coming not from Putin and his propaganda but from his supposed adversaries?
I welcome attention to my region, it used to be very obscure and barely known years ago even inside Russia, but do not call it Putin’s piece of EU territory.
