It’s a satirical made-up story. The DM wrote no such thing. All not lost on posters here, but many will be taken in.
In reality, not agenda-driven or clickbait reporting, the pound has had its best week for decades. Yes, it fell, but it has recovered most if not all of its lost ground, particularly against other currencies than the US dollar that has strengthened against every other currency.
As for the pair, please will the media just give them the privacy they demand. I, for one, have had enough of this vacuous pair’s toxic behaviour.
