Would greatly appreciate if someone could translate this note in my great-grandparents’ marriage record from 1928. I’d normally just type it into Google Translate but with the abbreviations and cursive, I’m having a hard time cracking it. Trying to figure out if my ggrandfather was actually divorced from his first wife, because he claimed to be widowed in 1925 despite said wife and daughter clearly living in another state at the time! Thanks in advance!!
Georg married twice. First with Alexandra, they got one daughter. They apparently divorced in 1925, by a court in Texas, and the Norwegian Department of Justice approved in 1928. He remarried same year with Ingeborg, got more children.
GOTHIC HANDWRITING DECRYPTED:

NORWEGIAN TRANSLATED:
Department approved: attached print of divorce judgement given by the District Court in Bexar County, Texas on 6/24-25 as proof of a marriage between Georg Langmyhr and Alexandra Langmyhr is finally dissolved. In accordiance to “ekteskapsloven” (Law of Marriage) paragraph II (?) exempts Georg J. Langmyr from legitimizing a probate (which is?) agreed with his divorced wife.
