I need to put my name in there as I have upcoming deliveries and the Hausmeister is currently not free.
Can someone please help?

Just put a label or tape a piece of paper over your bell until the Hausmeister has time to do it properly

Delivering and receiving packages at your building must be a nightmare.
Just put a piece of masking tape with your name over the old name.
