Hæ öll! I wonder if it’s possible to make some kind of food to sell, specifically argentine stuff [like this](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/s8tm2U4dOdY/maxresdefault.jpg) that I know here it’s hard to find and I bet that you would love to try. I read something about certified kitchens but I just was brainstorming that idea to make some extra money doing something I enjoy without any legal risk.
Any advice? Thanks for the help!

As soon as you start processing food and distributing for profit, you need a licence and a certified kitchen. Those rules do not apply if you’re selling for charity.
You don’t need any licences though if you do private cooking/baking at people’s houses. You could set up a nice Instagram account and offer baking classes for work functions, birthdays and bachelor/ette parties.
My experience is that doing classes is more lucrative as your overhead will be way lower and you don’t have to waste time on the retail side.
Feel free to dm me if you have any questions on doing private classes, I’ve been doing those for a couple of years so I might have some advice on how to get set up
Icelandic people have been selling christmas cookies and other homecooked items for years on facebook without trouble. It is technicly not allowed but I dont see people getting in trouble as longs as it isnt a huge operation with lots of profits.
Commenting to remind myself to follow. Will be first in line for some alfajores, been looking forever to have occasionally with my mate.
Oh my goodness what is that in the photo?! That looks incredible!
