so I’ve been trying for months to open a Spanish bank account and for some reason it is a big deal in here, that eventually, I gave up after reading this article: https://blog.revolut.com/fighting-against-iban-discrimination/
Since half a year of working in Barcelona for a Spanish company, I have been receiving my salaries on my German bank account, but the other day I was talking to some real estate agent, telling me that I could face double taxation and now I am a little afraid. Do you have any knowledge about this or is anyone else receiving their Spanish payslips on a different IBAN?

What bank account you use has no impact on you beeing taxed in Germany, and I would guess other countries are the same.
You have to pay German income taxes if you either live in Germany or worked for it in Germany.
