  2. We’ve been cutting taxes wholesale since 1979 and the economy is still incredibly weak and incredibly shit. Productivity is notoriously bad in the UK and growth has at best been anaemic compared to the rest of the EU.

    It is really laughable that the idea of doing what hasn’t worked for the last forty years again, And going “this time, this time it will work!” Is anything other than wholesale insanity.
