[Recently](https://www.reddit.com/r/ireland/comments/xoe45i/banner_competition/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) , we decided to let YOU have a say in how the sub looks, this means you can submit or create your own design ideas for r/ireland. When thinking about ideas please remember that we are an All Island subreddit, please also consider if an entry should contain reference to one province it must also contain references to the remaining three provinces. What we are looking for are submissions for the following page elements:

\- The Posts (Including Up and Down vote buttons)

\- The Icon (Yes, we are even open to considering changing our lovely lovely horse.)

Here are the technical details:

tl;dr

* Background (4000\*192px)
* Foreground (max 4000\*192px, overlays the background)
* Hover foreground (max 4000\*192px, changes the overlay when moused over)
* Mobile Banner (1600px by 480px)
* We have been testing this based on images already submitted in the initial post (and there has been some great submissions so far) and it has been tricky to get a correct fit so please refer to the below scale to work off.
* For Scale, your image should fit between the [following excel parameters](https://imgur.com/gallery/WIg56xh). (Between Rows 10 and 20)
