    Yes Ms Allan, it is one of the many things we want our reps to be pushing for.

    If parliament is going to pass laws (or governments impose temporary measures) then we should expect them to be followed by those in power and when they are not, any punishment to be swift and severe.

    This might *just* be a Christmas party, but we can rinse and repeat the ethos with second jobs, lobbying etc etc. Parliament **must be** held to the highest possible standards and continually prove it is meeting those standards, otherwise it loses any credibility to govern.
