I believe this is water, sewage and all the other small stuff the municipality does for you and to you.
Water, renovation++
All the small things…
Water, sewage, trash collection, chimney sweeping. Services the technical and renovation department provides
Might include municipal property tax as well.
Ours is 28k/year, prop. tax, + water, waste and chimney sweeping 🙂
Guess it’s for things like chimney sweeping… I’ve never had a person come over and do any sweeping after 10 years of living in this house. But in early 2020s I received a letter. The chimney sweeper will arrive in March some time. March comes around, and I receive another letter. The chimney sweeper is not coming due to the Covid situation. Haven’t heard anything since.
Dont forget that we drink our water. So you must be out of your mind if you buy water in bottles at the shop
What if I have the water coming from my own well? Can I deduct something from that bill?
The chimney sweeping cracked me up! Hilarious!
But hei everyday you learn a new thing!
cost of infrastructure or else you would be living in a bunch of piss and shit like in india or dubai
Sounds like council tax in the UK
1 USD = 10.5 NOK, so this is a house for ~$60k?
What is that? A loan?
That’s exactly what stopped me from even thinking about going to Norway, already moved my mind to other countries (I’m from Italy btw), and for me and my family 15K circa per year is too much, so yeah, big F to that course I wanted to follow, are there some programs who helps broke asses like mine?
Where are you moving to? That is the price of a parking lot in Oslo… 😀
Many answers here, but would start to clearify what quote is this? I see there’s information about interest, and it seems to be a loan?
Loan and municipal costs usually don’t end up on the same quote, unless maybe if you have a loan from the municipal???
