1. Ask your landlord

2. You need the fitting key or nice tongs

3. Looks like normal 4-Kant. You can also check under the sink. Some have individual valves you can close without tool.

4. both just turn a little then try to open,

   i assume it’s more of a counter behind it… i don’t want to have to look for a special key in an emergency

5. Should be the same Keysize you use (and should have) to bleed your radiators from excess air
