Hi. I used to lifeguard in a deep pool for years.
Please don’t try this in a normal pool. Shallow water blackout can cause you to pass out and drown silently. This lady and anyone else who do freediving train properly under good supervision with people who can help them if they get into trouble.
We always asked people holding their breath to stop. I think we had two cases of shallow water blackout over the years. Both thankfully revived with CPR. It was a busy pool so people usually were spotted.
