Attempting to recreate the thing I miss most about Ireland

  1. No pudd, no sausage, no rasher, scrambled instead of fried egg, something that isn’t a slice of pan toast

    2/10

  2. Sorry that you miss Ireland. But judging by that fry I don’t think you were here too long. Ye made a right mess of it. Enjoy anyway

  3. Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it into a fruit salad. The same applies to a fry, it has absolutely no place

  4. I’m very confused by the presence of beans and mushrooms – that looks more of an English fry. Otherwise nice effort there, OP. It’s extremely hard to do without access to the proper ingredients like sausages, pudding, and bacon.

  5. fair play to him for trying, I’d demolish that fry, also ingredients in the states are hard to come by, bacon (rashers) are muck and pudding is a nightmare to find, same with decent sausages too, think a lot didn’t realise it was an American I initially thought it was an Irish person missing home 🤣🤣🤣

  6. I hate to tell you, but those beans are an English thing and have no place in an Irish fry!

(I know, some people here do have beans with their fry, but it’s not traditional.)

  7. Jaysus this sub is toxic! It’s a fine looking breakfast and given that it was made abroad, it’s a good effort! 5/7, would eat.
