Which parts of this Désencyclopédie article on the German-speaking parts/people Switzerland ring true and which are complete parody/fantasy?

I recently saw [this video from 52 minutes](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpyezSR64DI) and ended up checking the meaning of the word Bourbine.

The internet being an endless rabbit hole, I found this [funny article on “les Bourbines”](https://desencyclopedie.org/wiki/Bourbine). I don’t speak German and despite many years in Romandie, my knowledge of les alémaniques is limited to the most general stereotypes. I’d love to hear your opinions!

And I’m sure something similar or even more incendiary exists on the Schweizerdeutsch side of the equation.
