Do under 35s who are out all the time – enjoying the culturally vibrant city centre lifestyle that Dublin offers – really need anymore space than this. Could it help the housing crisis and encourage young Irish people not to emigrate. Obviously after 35 it would be time to move on.

What culturally vibrant city?
7 euro a pint and 19 euro for an Irish stew.
Centra, Spar and Starbucks.
The culture tends to happen during the day when the under 35s are sat in an office hoping that a plumber or a courier has to come in so they can talk to somebody new for a few minutes.
