Hello folks, I was at my grandfather’s house and was going through some of his books when I found an autobiography of a German pilot. His name is Georg Von Zirk, and he was a navigator and bombardier on the Heinkel 111 bomber aircraft. I haven’t started reading it yet and some pages are missing, but it seems like he flew missions over Russia during Operation Barbarossa. There’s even a small note inside addressed to grandpa.
