I don’t understand the judgement. Judge seems to be saying that the strike right now is exceptional reason to allow longer detention (previous judges disagreed)*but* only until the end of November which is a date that seems plucked out of mid air.
Curious what her legal reasoning is as to a layman it seems sparse.
