The DEA and DOJ aee involved now in getting the kinahans so its likely they will be putting him up. Hes unlikely to go to UK as its too close and too small.

Why didn’t the state hold back on his testimony until they attempted a conviction on their own evidence first? That way they could get 2 bites based on significant new evidence if the first trial failed. The second attempt would be allowed as it would be a fresh charge.
