God I hope they reverse course and unfuck us even slightly. I can’t believe I’m gonna have to pay absurd mortgage rates and pay back debt later just to give tax cuts to the rich. People should be on the streets.
And shouldn’t the IMF have better things to be doing?
Obviously not saying income tax cuts are the correct thing to be doing, but as I understand it the majority of borrowing announced in the budget is due to winter fuel subsidies.
