So i am a very frustrated with this apartment and i cant leave it yet nor find a new one cuz financial reasons. Anyway we had these Sanierungsarbeiten in the basement cuz they want to renovate it. The building is very central.
The construction lasts until January or later… Thing is there had been really bad noise disturbances from the construction this summer and i dont know if other tennants complained and then additionally to that we either have no hot water during the day and if we do is just during the 1h Mittagspause or maybe at night but then again for maybe 10 minutes or none at all, no cold nor hot.
I wouldnt be as pissed off, if the water wasnt [this color](https://imgur.com/gallery/ru4ZPbm) .. and if i wouldnt pay 90€ a month for heat and water (not to mention we have no heat at night either, doesnt matter how cold it is outside..)
Also other things that had happened or just the state of the building in general: cracks in any wall you see, there had been on different floors water damages/floods cuz of the old pipes (including my apt just as i moved in), the Feuerwehr came here cuz of this construction work when they had just worked on it for 1 month.
I asked the management if i can even trust to be safe in here anymore and i only got sent a copy pasted message of the letter that is downstairs saying to excuse all the inconveniences caused by this construction.
For the past months i feel like im living in medieval times and yet i pay quite a lot for a 1 room apartment that is also downtown..
I’m sorry if this turned into a rant and its not really making much sense. I dont know who to go to and my parents are already tired of me complaining about this.. 🙁
