I wonder if the piglets aren’t a bit too young to make it through the winter, unless they’re fed by forest rangers.
They used to be common here for years (my district being one of more frequented), but them coming often to the downtown, even strolling along the seaside walk, is indeed a recent (2022, maybe late 2021) thing. More examples:

Apparently there are 5-6 families living here (of course in forests, but they come out often to look for food).
In Gdańsk, there’s also an area where elks live, and since few months some of them started to wander more into the settled areas.
