So I read below article on RTL today and given some personal experiences I am lead to question the accuracy, but maybe I am wrong.
Looking at the article I am not certain that understand how unemployment is measured. Is it simply the number of people registered with ADEM? How do we know that those people went in to employment?
Article below:
RTL Today: National Employment Agency: Unemployment continues to decrease, as job vacancies soar
The unemployment rate continues to fall in Luxembourg and is gradually reaching pre-Covid-19 levels, while job vacancies are already above pre-pandemic levels.

I’m cautious about this sort of news as many people have been furloughed (i.e. not made redundant thanks to government aid) and that many companies themselves received various types of aid (direct aid, loans, payment moratorium, etc.). The numbers may therefore look much more favourable than they actually are.
The next two or three years will reveal the economic damage of the past 16 months. It’s when the tide goes out, that you see those that were swimming naked.
