    My generation will never have a chance of buying a home. Locked into renting by our own government for the benefit of international finance.

  2. The problem I see is the amount of people clamouring for “social housing” quickly followed by revelations that every time the govt attempts to do something beyond the simplest thing (see: children’s hospital) it ends up being a giant cluster fuck.

    I see that in wexford that 50% of the socially leased properties are in arrears.

    Loosen planning regs and let people build.
