Back in the day I went to the Stonehenge festival on my bike. I arrived, put my side stand down, got off, and was immediately greeted by a small child with tray of clingfilm wrapped resin dope. I think he was younger than nine. I was a regular dope smoker, but even I was shocked. We’re talking the late 70’s here, so this isn’t new. What’s new is it isn’t a few hippies, it’s violent street gangs exploiting schoolchildren, to avoid drug convictions, as regular behaviour.

Arrest kids and put them in our broken criminal justice system?

Legalise and regulate already! Drugs have won the war for gods sake.
The age of criminal responsibility is 10 so I have no idea why a 9 year old would get arrested 😂
