Rosgvaridya, basically Russian National Guard reporting directly to Putin, are there together with Wagner group. There are two possible options here:
1. Putin’s clique is purging the last sane bureaucrats (who would be able to say “we’re losing, we’re losing badly, how about we give it a rest?”)
2. Putin’s inner circle are the only ones who have come into contact with him at all in recent months and realised he’s gone mad, so they’ve decided to throw him overboard and take over Russia themselves. (Or to leave Putin as a puppet, but have his entourage completely occupied by their own, so Putin will never sign anything they don’t want him to sign.)
Also according to reports, truck with explosives that blew up Kerch bridge came from Russian territory. It is highly suspicious this happened just day before changes in military leadership.
