When I first came to London in 2010 I didn’t know anything about British politics. People I met a while later told me they are going to a parade because it was Thatcher’s death day. Confused I asked them why because I thought she wasn’t popular. They told me it’s a party to celebrate that she’s dead.
The level of hate you have to create with your actions that people celebrate your death day is rather high.
