Wow well done. About 20 years late there Labour. This is what we need to increase equality of opportunity and to boost the economy: better to have capital spread out to millions who can all try their hand at coming up with new business ideas, upskilling and spend money on different things, rather than a small number of people.

Anyway, in response to the article, I think people really want the security of home ownership, but the cost is getting rampantly out of hand.
