I know plenty of people with qualifications that I wouldn’t let watch my dog as he slept.
I don’t see why this should be considered a problem. Also 15 percent isn’t that high.
Overqualified is a very broad term. As I’ve said many times here before, I’ve seen people graduate with 2:1s with English degrees who are grammatically illiterate. Degrees should be hard to get. They should be a privilege and not a right

When you only need to 40% to get a pass in a university degree, this is to be expected. The challenge is getting first class honours, 70%+
Having a degree only really proves you spent 3/4 years in college and not much else.
Some are useless pure useless. Reallistically if its not STEM you probably dont need formal education to do the job.
