I came across [bank.green](https://bank.green) and checked out how BOI were doing and it wasn’t the best. An Post Money on the other hand seem to be doing really well. Is there anyone on here with them and if so how do you find their service? I tried ringing them today and got cut off twice so I’m not too impressed by their customer service so far.

The phone line never answers… Probably because all the complaints, the an post money app breaks very often, and sometimes it won’t let you transfer to revolut. You can see the reviews on the play store they aren’t good
I’m with them. They’re alright. The phone times are stupid. And the app is a bit of a pain but in general I like them.
Mostly okay.
They’re not covered by the €100,000 deposit guarantee, though.
The app isn’t particularly good – especially compared to something like Revolut. Not many features.
Notifications for when you spend money on the card are slow, rather than instant as they are on other banks.
I’ve also had some issues with ad blockers breaking the app’s security / renew login page, which is a bit annoying – but likely just a flaw in the block lists.
