The four biggest chain stores / department stores are:

They sell everything from makeup to perfume to toiletries to every beauty product under the sun. They usually have salespeople and display stands of the more expensive brands like Dior etc on the ground floor and the moderately priced stuff in the basement floor
Then you have specific makeup brands shops like:

* [INGLOT](https://inglot.gr/)
etc, but I think you are looking for more than just makeup.
Hondos center is like kruidvat and Douglas together, drugstore and high end brands in one store. If you go to a big one in the center of Athens you will enjoy it very much. There is also Sephora in Greece which is also great.
