New poll says every Tory MP in London could lose their seat

  1. You love to hear it! Better still:

    >Ex-PM Boris Johnson could also lose in Uxbridge and South Ruislip, if he stands at the next election.

    Make it happen!

  2. Looks like just about every Tory could lose their seat at this rate. They need to get rid of the mindless extremist PM and her cabinet ASAP if they want to save more of their parliamentary furniture.

  3. They are toast. As more people come off fixed rate deals the previous few weeks antics won’t be forgotten. Luckily we are locked in but would be looking at an extra
£400 a month and we are no way near London

  4. Lol this is idiotic:

    > The Survation analysis found the Tories would lose all their 21 seats in London if the results were replicated at the next General Election expected in 2024. Labour would gain 23 and have all the seats in the capital apart from Twickenham which would remain Lib-Dem.

Labour frequently lose their deposit in Richmond Park. The Lib Dems would hold it easily. Why print such nonsense?

    Likewise Kingston.

Labour would not win Sutton, or Carshalton, the Lib Dems would

It’s also not plausible to argue for the Tories losing seats such as Romford, Orpington.

  5. the next election is too far away .. the king needs to step in and dissolve this dysfunctional government now.

why have a king if he will just watch britannia go down in flames?

  6. Just to make a point:

I keep saying most voters (including me) are swing voters. We’re a centrist country. Centre-right at a push.

This Reddit narrative of “Tory voters keep voting for shit” isn’t true. Polls show there is a tipping point .

This is the first proper electable opposition we’ve had since Milliband too. Starmar deserves a lot of
    credit.

  7. It’s highly likely. At every opportunity the tories have alienated themselves from the public who chose them. Became public enemy no.1 with every scandal. Lol. Silly fuckers.

  8. At this stage, I’d seriously consider anyone who actually votes Tory to be mentally ill. They are the most incompetent government in British history, bar none.

If Labour had any guile or gumption about them, the next election would be a landslide.

  9. It seems that the only votes they will get are from an aging generation that will slowly die off anyway. This could be the last time we ever see the Tories in power again. They will most likely disappear from influential politics like the Lib Dems did. I’m honestly surprised they are not panicking more considering they are about to be permanently ousted. Let’s see how much damage they can do on their way out

  10. I felt a shiver of pleasure reading that post title. And I suffer from chronic anhedonic depression. Haven’t felt much of anything for years. I went “cwwwwooooaaaarrrh” and meant it. Maybe boffins should look into schadenfreude as a treatment…

  11. Nothing less than being ran up the road like a heard of screaming goats and carefully walked into the Thames,

  12. Almost like trying to get a tax cut for just 0.1% of the population proved unpopular, plus wishing for dystopian immigration measures, pushing for real-term cutting in benefits from the poorest, doubling down of climate negatives measures, should I go on? Fooking idiots
