Imagine how insufferable it is to be serving a few years in jail and there’s this dickhead there who could walk out the door this afternoon if he just agreed with a court order.
I’ve no sympathy for him. All of his misery and misfortune is entirely self-inflicted.
He can leave prison anytime he wants. He just has to agree to abide by a court-ordered injunction.
He’s not being asked to recant his religious beliefs or any other such tripe.
He is only expected to refrain from entering his place of work, while he remains on paid suspension pending the outcome of a disciplinary procedure.
This is standard practice for employers dealing with employee relations issues up and down the country (in any industry you care to mention).
No one else would get away with with ignoring an injunction, so I don’t see why he thinks he’s special.
Apparently he prefers the media attention more than his actual freedom…

Moved to a new cell because he’s so annoying. That’s brilliant. I’d love to have heard what the inmates were saying to the governor.
Reminder that he is not there because of his beliefs or using pronouns, he is there because he harassed the principal at a school event and loudly embarrassed (bullying behaviour) the student at the same event.
That’s why the school suspended him, no other reason.
No sympathy whatsoever for the guy but at the same time he is 100% the product of extreme brainwashing. He has been conditioned since birth to be exactly who he is.
Cant this twig leave prison any time he wants by just apologising and minding his fucking bisiness?

His cellmates might deserve to be there, but they don’t deserve cruel and unusual punishment.
