2. How do they know yer man was asking for a selfie ? He could have been asking him anything

3. Christ let the man watch the match, you can see him mouthing “After the game”.

4. I have seen him in public several times and the times I saw him he seems more happy getting his picture taken with everyone who asks.

6. It looks like an NFL game. So the line between interrupting somone watching a game is probably blurred.

Met him in Cork Airport lounge with his brother years ago, we were hesitant to go up to him as we were young so our Dad went over to ask if we could have a photo with him, he didn’t hesitate in calling us over and chatted with us about Utd for 15mins. His reputation as a grumpy fuck precedes him, he’s actually a really chilled bloke.

9. To be fair to Roy, he really does go out of his way to promote local charities and does many photo ops. The Guide Dogs and Cork Penny Dinners crowd have him happy to show up on a regular basis.

10. Tbf if your considering fan service part of his job then not being able to relax at a sporting event you’ve probably spent the past few months looking forward to without work getting into hwnway would fickle you off aswell
