I bought AirPods Pro from them and within a month I noticed they didn’t function properly (mainly the noise cancellation) and asked for a replacement. They changed my request to repair and “fixed” the issue at an expert “tech” company that has a website that looks like this: https://www.mik.radom.pl

New issues appeared after they opened them now noise cancellation stops randomly and they disconnect from time to time. The second time I complained they sent them to the same company and they (surprisingly) said that there is no malfunction. I was expecting them to say (oh yeah we fucked up the first time). They now have a visible line on the side where they opened them.

Now they closed my case based on that “expert” assessment.

How can I get them replaced? They still have limited warranty and MediaExpert isn’t replying. Are the consumer’s rights authorities responsive?

Thanks!

  1. If you are located in a bigger city you can try your luck with Rzecznik Praw Konsumentow. Idk how effective they are as I had not issues like that. I would mainly attack this from an replacement angle with Media Expert

  2. You have the be careful which route you take. There is gwarancja (1 year eg. Manufacturer is responsible) but sometimes it’s more effective to go through what’s called rękojmia where the seller is responsible to fix the problem and it’s valid for 2 years after transaction.
