I think its just a folk perfomance, and this isn’t a Estonian folk dance, but just Estonains most famous folk band Zetod perfoming. If you’re interested how Estonian folk dances look, search yoube for “Estonian folk dances”, there is a playlist with Estonian oldest folk dances.
This is particularly a Seto dance. [Setos](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Setos) are an Estonian subgroup who lived for most of their history on the other side of the Russian border and are therefore culturally and religiously heavily influenced by Russian culture which you can clearly see from their songs and dances as well.
