We just moved to a Rivitalo. And it happend so that the hot water stopped coming from the tap.

We have onninen water heater module 300l. And it’s connected to the electric system which has a smart system that it’s configured to be switching heating only at night 10pm onwards.

Now, today with the bad experience of no hot water. I wonder what might have caused this?

We did not use 300l. We I fact were not even at home for most of the day.

I am planning to call an electrician. But before that, if someone has experience then please help.

  1. Water heater is not your own problem, you should call your taloyhtiö(dont know what it is in english) or landlord. They call electrician to take a look at it and pay for it.
    Electrical board looks fine, everything that should be on is on.

  2. You can try turning it on manually by moving the little switch on the Hager 321 to “I” position.

  3. I had that problem when I made a new electricity contract. The new supplier couldn’t send the command to activate the heater when it would use only night time electricity. Solution was to bypass the smart system by turning a switch on the wall.
