Just a piece of advice, I have been in an exhibition once, and what breaks it for me is the strength, the color contrast, and the control of movements and dresses.
I would say you are lacking that contrast, the hair is curly, and should be straigth and close to the scalp, and it needs more atrength and less mystery!
