Hello everyone! Me and my friend are planning a trip in Greece and are wondering what is the best way getting from Thessaloniki to Meteora.
Our only cost optimal flights arrive either in the evening or at night and we are searching for a reliable train schedule from Thessaloniki new railway station to Kalabaka.
All the sources we have found on the internet are conflicting each other in a sense of train departure time, for instance google maps route suggests a train that departs Thessaloniki new railway station in 23:00 while there are no records of that train in [tickets.trainose.gr](https://tickets.trainose.gr).
Is there any government or official site for train schedules for Thessaloniki?

Our flights options arrive in SKG either in 19:45 or in 23:15.

This is the site you need to be looking at.
Sadly there are no trains or buses going from Thessaloniki to Meteora at the time you arrive. The last train leaves at 17:40.
There’s a bus that goes to Trikala leaving at 20:30. But this one arrives at 23:00 and there are no more local busses to go to Kalabaka that late at night.
The safest option I guess is to stay for the night in Thessaloniki, and travel the next morning to Kalabaka by train.
