Basically, has this happened before to protect Polish citizens? Advisories such as this are a common occurrence, or out the ordinary?
I don’t really know what is your question about exactly but I can tell you the atmosphere here is “fuck russia”
We are enjoying the “golden Polish autumn” the weather is wonderful, colourful leaves on trees looks beautiful. There was never normal in Belarus, no reason to expect to be calm there now.
Currently its cold… typical Fall weather.. potential rain this week etc
